You people who know me, you do also know I tend to disappear from time to time. I have had it rough to say the least. Been working on my doll, will hopefully post some new pictures of him "soon". I have come quite a long way.

So where the fuck have I been? Lets see, I have moved away from home under very difficult circumstances, I have been and am currently studying Japanese (feel free to try me out on that), I have sewn my own Lolita outfit, I have made two particularly good friends (might even be my best friends ever), I have totally neglected my poor website... hm. Well, I am starting to get back on my feet even if I feel... sore.

Info: A bjd I have made from scratch but gave up on due to my hatred towards polymer clay.
I have revamped him and is planning on making him a one of a kind.

Project name: Bisque (Bisquen)
Clay: Bisque doll from... 1920? Body is made of wood.
Size: I don't know really, I am just revamping her, not making her. 40 cm?
Gender: female
Joints: Single jointed arms, single jointed legs.

Eye size: 16 mm
Info: A German bisque doll from 1920. I am (and some of you will hate me for this) revamping her
so she looks more modern. I want to turn her into a baby vampire or something like it.
She was a gift from my mother-in-law.

Is it hard to make a doll?
Depends. If you know how to mold and used clay before it might not be that hard. But it is a challenge never the less. I recommend everyone who has the courage to try.

Is it less expensive than buying a doll?
Ahh... no. Sadly. It is most likely much more expensive to make a doll than to buy one, but you will always have a special bond with a doll you've made.

A few lines about me

I am a  something something  with a boyfriend and a plush jellyfish named Kurage. I'm a nice person and my goal in life is to be happy and make the world a better place.
I like to draw, sculpt and write stories, even if I'm not particularly good at the latter. I have tons of stories in my head and would love a companion to write books with me some day.
I have a list over everything I want to do before I die.
